If it is, I'd be shocked, you'd be the first person I talked to on 0.7 or 0.8 with it working. Take a snapshot of your editor you'll see what I mean, the button isn't on the toolbar and it isn't on the menu for editor modes either. The files under tools control the lions share of the editor interface. Either your code server got hacked, or someone was removing old files before updating it when you did the 0.7 campaign update and didn't re-commit it. There's a directory structure with nothing in it. Look in that zip on your PC inside the gameengine.zip/tools directory. I re-ran the game and it's still not changed. I even deleted gameengine.zip tried to run the game, would not start, re-verified my files again, it re-aquired it. Those files are needed by the game engine at run time. There's files missing from gameengine.zip in the program's installation directory, if you look in the folder structure and find the missioneditor folder, it's empty. Several people (all the people that have it on steam that i have talked to) have this bug also. I can't add missions I want to add to Tennessee USA or So-Cal Interstate maps I made, because of it. There's no MISSION editor inside the map editor. If I press F11 the editor comes up as usual.
